CoveredUp has been set up to provide its customers with exceptional quality covers at affordable prices. We are a small business that thrives on having an excellent one to one relationship with our customers and if any problems do arise we are only a phone call (or e-mail!) away. All our covers come with a 2 year guarantee to give you that extra piece of mind and are tailored from top quality, breathable material which is essential in keeping your pride and joy in tip top condition.
2 Year Guarantee
All our covers carry a 2 year guarantee. Any manufacturing fault should be reported via e-mail or in writing first. The guarantee does not cover negligence, such as rips and tears, caused by the customer. A replacement cover will be provided upon receipt of the faulty one free of charge. Postage costs cannot be refunded. An origianal receipt is required to prove your guarantee.
Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase our policy is to replace your item free of charge or give your money back. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded. You must return your item to our address together with your name, address and original receipt for the exchange or refund to be valid. Please e-mail or write to us before returning any item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. All CoveredUP online transactions are done through PayPal. This is a safe, secure, and efficient way to purchase online. You do not need a Paypal account to shop at CoveredUP.
If you are unable to pay via credit or debit card or by using a Paypal account please contact us and we will give you details for paying by cheque or postal order.
Shipping
We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail Standard Parcels on the same day as we receive it as long as orders are placed before 5pm (Monday – Friday). Orders received after 5pm will be dispatched via Royal Mail the next working day. Please ring for prices on international shipping.
